Symmetry Commercial have redeveloped the Karingal Hub Shopping Centre! https://karingalhub.com.au/redevelopment/
Symmetry Commercial were engaged by Karingal Hub Shopping Centre, on behalf of ISPT Super Trust, to create the new Facilities & Operations Centre. Having an easy to operate and functional operations centre is critical to enable easy management of the Karingal Hub redevelopment. We were excited to deliver this outcome!
We first set eyes on the site in late November 2019, completing it by 31st Jan 2020. The project was completed with a fully operational shopping centre during the heart of the Christmas period. Symmetry Commercial worked around the conditions of the shopping centre, such as all deliveries (both in & waste out) taking place during early mornings in order to not disturb the shopping centre patrons.
Symmetry managed the resources and implemented the following trades in:
- Hoarding
- Waste
- Electrical
- Construction
- Plumbing & Plumbing materials
- Flooring
- Painting
- Glazing
- Joinery
- Fire
- Office Furniture
Our approach was to start with erecting the hoarding and stripping out the existing bookstore. The designing of the new office hub (thanks Loraine O’Donnell Design lorraine@lod.com.au) we fitted out accordingly – including prepping the new graphics wall to a “Class 5 finish”.
