Deakin University Melbourne Office Make Good

• Deakin University vacated a tenancy at 550 Bourke St – Make good required
• Project to demolish existing interconnecting stairs between two levels and make good back to pre lease condition
• The challenge was to keep Deakin Prime’s conference facility operational whilst the works were undertaken after hours.  The tenancy and base building had to be thoroughly cleaned after each shift

Concrete make good of slab was challenging.  The void was filled wheel barrow by wheel barrow and brought up through the goods lift.
