Stile Education Office Demolition & Renewal
This office fitout & renewal project for Stile Education was a rewarding project for Symmetry Commercial.
Stile Education were a new client to Symmetry Commercial via a decade long relationship with Warner Management Services.
Alfie Warner brought this opportunity to Symmetry Commercial which we accepted with enthusiasm. The job was project managed jointly by myself (Paul McKernan) and Jack Byrne. We did this as Symmetry had a lot of work on at this time.
Alfie’s client, Stile Education had outgrown their previous office space and required a larger tenancy to enable their funky workspace culture. The Symmetry Commercial team worked with Adam Spiteri of Athree design management https://athreedesignmanagement.com.au/ to deliver this fresh Melbourne office renovation for Stile Education.
Moving into a new space, Stage one was the demolition and office stripout of the previous fitout.
Stage 2 was a complete refurbishment of their entire space. This meant renovating their:
- Offices
- Bathroom
- Kitchen/Lunch Room
- Foyer Area
- Meeting rooms
- Open Space Workstation Area
and removing previous walls and partitioning to create an inviting and professional open environment.
Hallmarks of the Athree design https://athreedesignmanagement.com.au/photo-gallery were lots of greenery, exposing the ceiling for an industrial feel with feature walls and hanging bike racks.
