Symmetry can coordinate periodic inspections and preventative maintenance of building fabric and associated assets within operational data centres, helping identify defects early and arrange rectification before they develop into larger operational issues.

Raised Access Floor Maintenance & Minor Works

Inspection, repair and modification of raised access floor systems, including panel replacement, levelling, pedestal repairs and alterations associated with approved infrastructure upgrades.

Doors, Fire Doors & Access Hardware

Inspection, maintenance and repair of doors, frames, hinges, closers, exit hardware and associated physical door components. Specialist fire-door, security and access-control works are coordinated through appropriately qualified providers where required.

Aisle Containment Building Works

Inspection, repair and modification of the physical components of hot and cold aisle containment systems, including doors, seals, framing and polycarbonate panels. Works are undertaken in accordance with client requirements and approved change-control procedures.

Fire-Rated Walls & Penetrations

Inspection, repair and reinstatement of fire-rated partitions, acoustic wall systems and penetration seals, using appropriately qualified specialists where required.

Supporting Building Infrastructure

Construction and modification of Unistrut framing, mounting boards, equipment supports and associated building works required for approved infrastructure upgrades. Cable tray and related electrical or communications infrastructure works are delivered in coordination with the client’s electrical, communications and critical-services contractors.
