In February 2020, Symmetry Commercial were awarded the facilities maintenance contract for the newly constructed 447 Collins Street Precinct, managed by JLL.
447 Collins Street, also know as Collins Arch comprises 200 luxury residential apartments. It is part of a high-end luxury mixed-use development that incorporates the W Melbourne 5 Star luxury hotel, and approximately 49,000 sqm of PCA premium grade office accommodation. Tenants include Minter Ellison and Sovereign Wealth Fund, Future Fund.
Striking features of this groundbreaking development include two tapered glass towers linked by a multi storey Skybridge and a Sky Garden. The ground plane includes the CBD’s first urban park since City Square in 1980, introducing 1900 square meters of public park land to the precinct.
